Dahi has some other health benefits also.

The main reason behind the rough and dry hair is our daily lifestyle, which is now become too hectic as well as we are unable to give proper time to take care of our health or look. Unhealthy diet and hectic lifestyle lead to several health and hair problems. Hair problems like dandruff, dry rough, hair fall and so on.

What is the Best Home Remedy for Hair Problems?

In the markets, lots of hair products are available which are used to reduce the hair problems like dandruff, dry or rough hair, promoting hair growth and much more but these products contained chemicals which may deliver adverse effect. Hence, if you want a positive result for your hair without damaging your hair, then try some home remedies. Lots of ingredients are available in our kitchen which can used to promote hair growth as well as in getting rid of hair problems like dandruff, hair fall, etc. One of a best remedy is curd, which is an important part of our kitchen.

How to Use Curd for Hair Growth?

There are several ways to use curd for hair growth and some of them are:

1.  Egg & Curd

Ingredients:

  • One egg
  • A quarter cup of plain curd
  • A quarter cup of mayonnaise

Break egg in one bowl then add curd and mayonnaise. Blend all elements together and make a smooth paste. Once all elements mix together and it looks smooth then massage on your scalp and hair with the prepared mask. Cover your hair with shower cap and leave it for one hour. After that, wash your hair with mild shampoo and cold water. This mask is full of nutrition, so it will promote hair growth and thickness.

2.  Onion Juice, Fenugreek Seeds and Curd for hair

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons onion juice
  • 3 tablespoons curd
  • 5 tablespoon fenugreek seeds powder

Mix curd, fenugreek seeds powder and onion juice correctly and then apply the mixture on your entire scalp. Leave the mixture on your scalp and hair for 1 to 2 hour then wash your hair. To get an effective result, apply this procedure two times in a week. This mask is considered as best natural cleanser and promotes the hair growth.

3.  Coconut Oil, Hibiscus Leaves & Curd

Ingredients:

  • Handful hibiscus leaves
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons curd
  • Half boil coconut oil (take coconut oil as per your hair length)

Grind the hibiscus leaves with the help of curd. Once it become paste then makes small balls from the prepared mixture. Drop the prepared balls in the bowl of coconut oil and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes. Now let the mixture cool down. Once it gets cool, apply the mixture on your scalp and leave it for at least 2 hours, after that wash your hair. Follow this procedure once in a week to promote hair growth.

4.  Amla & Curd

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 tablespoons Amla powder
  • 3 or 4 tablespoons curd

Take Amla powder and curd as per of your hair length. Add both together and make a smooth paste. Once a paste is ready, apply it on your scalp and hair. Cover your hair with the help of shower cap and leave it for 45 minutes. Then wash your hair with cold water and mild shampoo. Curd is rich in vitamin B complex which is vital vitamin for the hair growth. Apply this hair pack two times in a week to get an effective result.

5.  Lemon, Honey, Egg White and Curd for hair

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoon curd

Do you want to promote hair growth ? If you want long hair as well as silky hair then you have to take proper care as well as you need ample nourishment. Therefore, this pack is an ideal option for you to promote hair growth and for getting silky, soft and shiny hairs. You just have to mix egg white, lemon juice, honey and curd in one bowl. Mix all together in a proper manner to make a rich paste and apply it on your hair and scalp. After applying the paste, tie your hair into a bun and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash your hair with normal water. Apply this mask on your hair two times in a week.

The Amazing Benefits of Curd for Hair are:

  • Apply the paste of gram flour and curd into your hair roots, this hair mask will prevent dandruff and hair loss.
  • Curd is beneficial for healthy, soft and shiny hair as well as Dahi prevents dandruff.
  • Apply curd on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes. It gives you the shiny and dandruff free hair.
  • The paste of curd and methi for hair is good. Apply the paste and wash it after 45 minutes. It will give you a shinning hair.
  • For shining hair, you can use the hair mask of curd, eggs and henna.
  • To prevent dandruff, you can use the paste of lemon and curd.

These are other benefits of curd for hair. Hence, it is clear that curd is an essential ingredient for hair growth as well as for reducing hair problems.

So, use curd with other ingredients as hair masks to avail the benefits of curd.
