Mint Chutney Recipe ( Pudina ki Chutney ) 

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 5 minutes | Ready in: 15 minute | Serves: 3

Ingredients (Required For Mint Chutney Recipe)

  1. ½ cup of finely chopped mint leaves
  2. 1 cup of finely chopped coriander leaves
  3. 2 cloves garlic (lasun)
  4. 2 chopped green chillies
  5. 1/3 inch of ginger piece (optional)
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water as per requirement


#1 Take garlic, ginger, chilli and salt in a chutney jar of grinder

#2 Grind them until medium coarse consistency.

#3 Now add mint leaves, coriander leaves and lemon juice with 1 tablespoon of water

#4 Grind again until you get smooth coarse consistency. Now your delicious mint chutney is ready.

#5 Serve it with your favourite tempting food dishes.
