Micky Dolenz, 77, the previous frontman for the famous British-American 1960s combo, recorded the claim through his lawyer Mark Zaid.


Zaid said he met Dolenz, whose band recorded hits including I'm a Believer, Last Train to Clarksville and Daydream Believer.

Zaid said he p  resented a standard opportunity of data demand, requesting to see the band's finished FBI document.
