It is believed that 98.6 degrees F, or 37 degrees C a normal stage. This is however not a set number that applies to everyone. Normal temperature is varies from children to adults and also can differ among individuals. Fever is normally a symptom of another condition or illness. It occurs when you fight an infection.

Yarrow Teayarrow tea fever cures

Yarrow tea is an excellent option to treat your fever. Brew a cup of yarrow tea. It opens your pores and triggers the sweating. It leads to recovery. Take a cup of fresh boiled water. Steep a tablespoon of the herb. Leave it for 10 minutes. Let it cool then drink. Repeat it twice or thrice till you start to sweat.

Holy basilholi basil benefits

Basil is a good home remedy to recover from a fever. Take 20 basil leaves and crushed ginger in a cup of water. Boil them together till the solution gets reduced to half. Add a few drops of honey. Drink it twice or thrice a day for three days. It helps curb your fever.

Ginger teaginger tea cures

Taking a cup of ginger-mixed tea is a healthy choice to fight a fever. It induces sweating. For making the tea, take a half-teaspoon minced gingerroot. Add it to a cup of boiled water. Strain it, and then drink it.

Cayenne pepperceyenne paper cures

Whenever you suffer from a fever, sprinkle cayenne pepper onto your foods. One of the primary components of spice you should sprinkle is capsaicin. It is the hot ingredient, found in hot peppers. Cayenne allows rapid blood circulation and makes you sweat as well.

Orange juiceorange juice

Orange juice is a great source of Vitamin C, and fights infection. It helps strengthen your immune system in fighting infection. Take a glass of orange juice. You can also take which contains vitamin C.
