Every woman has a desire to grow healthy and well-groomed nails. But maintaining them seems a bit challenging. It can be tricky if you don’t take extra care of your nails.

#4. File your nails

Filing your nails is a good way to keep edges smooth. So don’t fail to file them at every few days. For this, you can use gentle file and move it in one direction continuously. Don’t move back and forth. It not only keeps the edge smooth, but also prevents cracks.

#5. Use a nail white pencil

If you give yourself a French manicure, then you should use a nail white pencil. It keeps your nail’s tips clean. Your nails will look prettier, and making the look last longer.

#6. Healthy Diets

Healthy foods are the most effective part of growing and maintaining long nails. Drink plenty of water. Eat more proteins. Water keeps nails and skin hydrated and healthy.
