Does your mouth puke out bad smell? If so, it’s a big turn off. You can look smart and have a dazzling personality. But if you have bad breath and approach a girl, chances are high that she will refuse and run away from you. Don’t worry you can easily curb the problem.

Follow these meaningful tips to fight the problems :

#1. Chew Sugarless gum

Chew sugarless gum. It is an effective way to refresh your breath and stimulate saliva in the mouth. It also prevents cavities, excess fodder, and the bacteria.

#2. Clean Your Tongue

Clean your tongue properly. It is as important as brushing your teeth. Buy a tongue cleaner and clean your tongue at least twice a day. You can also use back of your toothbrush for cleaning.

#3. Avoid Excess Onion and Garlic

Avoid eating too much garlic and onion. They are notorious for bad breath. Eat them in moderation. If you eat them, it is good to use a mouthwash or chew a gum. It helps keep bad breath at bay.

#4. Gargle Your Mouth

Can’t you buy mouthwash for gargle? if so, it is advisable to try gargling with water after every meal. By doing this, you will be able to wash food particles that get stuck in your teeth.

Drink Plenty of Water

Don’t let your mouth become dry. A dry mouth is supposed to be an excellent breeding ground for certain bacteria that lead to generate bad breath. It is important to drink plenty of water. This helps in wash away leftover food particles in the mouth. It also stimulates saliva and reduces favourable conditions for the bacteria to thrive.
