Method – 1:
- 24 peeled shrimp
- 6 peeled and minced garlic cloves
- Juice of ½ a lemon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- Salt and Pepper
- Season shrimp with salt and black pepper and leave for few minutes.
- Place a large sauce pan on high heat.
- Add olive oil and shrimp.
- Saute 2 minutes or until shrimp are half-cooked.
- Sprinkle on salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and saute 2 more minutes.
- Add butter and reduce heat to medium.
- Cook for few more minutes until they cooked completely.
- Stir in parsley and lemon.
- Have it when it is hot.
