Coriander Chutney Recipe | How to Make Coriander (Dhania) Chutney

I don’t think to say more about coriander chutney because we all know this mouth watering spicy green chutney is quite popular and favorite and has an important place in almost all the houses. This chutney is known as a good companion of food like samosa, aloo partha, rice, kachori, dhuska, chilka roti and etc.

Today we are going to know about the above mentioned chutney recipe.

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Ready in: 25 minute | Serve: 4

INGREDIENTS ( REQUIRED OF Coriander Chutney )

  •  1 bunch of fresh and chopped coriander.
  •  10 cloves of garlic 
  • 3-4 chopped green chillies 
  •  Salt to taste 
  •  Juice of 2 lemons (you can used tamarind if you want instead of lemon)
  •  ½ cup of curd, whisked and sieved (you can take this as an optional)

PROCESS OF MAKING

#1 Add chopped coriander leaves in a blender/mixer and blend till the leaves are crushed.

#2 Now add garlic, chopped green chillies, salt and lemon. Blend till get it smooth.

#3 Add water depending on your choice of thickness.

#4 Serve with samosa or pakoda
