#05 Now divide the dough into 16-17 equal parts, grease your hand with oil or ghee to make smooth surfaced small balls without any crack.

#06 Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium flame, Check whether the oil is heat by putting a pinch of dough in oil, if oil is heat it comes upward immediately.

#07 Add prepared 3-4 dough ball and deep fry over low flame until it turns light brown and increases its size.

#08 Drain and transfer them over kitchen paper and allow them to cool. Repeat the same process with rest other dough ball.

#09 Now add fried ball into warm sugar syrup.

#10 Let soak for at least 2-3 hours. Now you can serve and enjoy this delicious gulab jamun.
